Warranty & Returns


      Stringbean Bags is proud to offer gear built with quality materials and to the highest standards of crafsmanship.  All gear comes with a LIFETIME guarantee to the original owner.  
      Our warranty applies when the product(s) have been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions. General wear and tear, fading, zipper failure, and accidental damage is NOT covered by the warranty.  
      Stringbean Bags, at its sole discretion, will replace with a product currently available of comparable value and comparable function or issue a credit voucher for an amount not to exceed the retail replacement value of the defective item, applicable sales tax (if any), and shipping charges. The credit voucher can be redeemed to purchase any item on the Stringbeanbags.com website up to the full value of the voucher.
      We will do everything possible to take care of your warranty request. Please allow up to 10 business days to process.

      Stringbean Bags will honor exchanges or returns on all non-custom gear, within 30 days of receipt or delivery, given that it has not been damaged, altered, or used. The item must be returned in new, sellable condition with all tags, stickers, and accessories present. Items that have been altered, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
      The customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returned/exchanged items.  Shipping expenses will not be refunded on returns or exchanges.
      For orders placed on non-custom gear, then cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be granted.
      For custom gear, such a Bike Frame Bags, all sales are final once the build starts.  If a custom order is cancelled prior to the start of the build, a full refund will be granted.
